Glad you found something for him to chew on that doesnt get ripped up in a day. I know my in-laws dog (before they put him down for cancer :( ) used to run their 5 acres or so CONSTANTLY when he was young and never got tired! He was a Pure bred yellow lab. To make him more child like, put a diaper on him that you have to change, hand feed him each time he is hungry, make sure not to EVER leave him at home by himself.... lol - then as he ages you will have to buy more expensive things for him to be entertained with ;) Mike kids are 10X worse :)

We found a toy at Target (of all places), it has a bone shape with white ends, the middle of the bone is a rubbery green. Both of our dogs (the husky and the lab mix) have been working on that for nearly a year. Best $8 I ever spent.
