Online Archery Challenges: Challenge 17.1

Yesterday, I wrote up a quick blog post talking about Online Archery Challenges and how I thought I’d go ahead and give it a try. I decided to move forward with that and, after work yesterday, I ran over to Stowe ArchersOpens in a new tab. to utilize the indoor range.

I’m currently looking for members to fill out the 15-Person Roster for Team Stowe Archers. If you’d like to participate, you can follow the instructions on the OAC WebsiteOpens in a new tab..

If you are a member of the club and would like to participate, but you aren’t tech savvy enough to do the video portion, get in touch with me and I’ll bring my video camera and record it for you.

Challenge 17.1 Details

Online Archery Challenges 17.1 is broken down into two parts. There is a Blind Bale Challenge and a Turkey Challenge. The first portion utilizes a standard 40cm Vegas Face shot from 10 Yards.

The second portion requires the use of a Nice Targets Turkey. If you do not have a turkey from Nice TargetsOpens in a new tab., you can simply shoot your 100 Max Points on the Blind Bale portion.

Walt

My name is Walt White and I've been riding motorcycles on and off since my early twenties. After more than a decade away from the sport, I came back - and I've been making up for lost time ever since. Based in Southeast Pennsylvania, I write and create videos about real motorcycle ownership: the bikes I ride, the gear I test, the roads I explore, and the community I've found along the way. I ride a 2022 Yamaha MT-09 SP and a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400, and I try to give you the honest take you'd get from a friend rather than a press release. I'm also a husband, dad to three girls, and a pitbull owner - which keeps life interesting off the bike too.
