If you’ve been following along for the past week, you know that my current gym program has come to a close and it is time to start something new. After weighing the options, I’ve decided to go with Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe

I was hoping to have the book finished before starting the program but it just hasn’t worked out that way. Beside being crazy busy this weekend, the book is becoming tough to read. The information inside has been great but there are times when it becomes far too technical and I can feel my eyes dropping as I read along.
This morning I created a JeFit routine and loaded it up on my phone. At this point I’m ready to go and am looking forward to trying something new.
