    Last week I needed to kill some time and decided to take a ride out to Cabela’s to shop for an IDPA Concealment Garment. After trying on a few different vests, I settled on a Cabela’s Safari Series Vest.

    Ask The Audience:

    Lets say you have a Shotgun that you wish to sell. You’ve taken it to your local gun store and what they were offering was just too low to be worthwhile. So, you decide to go the private sale route.

    For arguments sake, we’ll say that you live in a state which allows the private sale of long guns. You have a buyer lined up and it is time to do the deal.

    What do you ask of the buyer?

    Cash and a handshake? Do you want to see a drivers license and/or Carry License/Permit? Do you require the buyer fill out a bill of sale? Do you insist on a transfer through an FFL?

    Why are you asking these things of the buyer?

    1. Hey Walt, just listened to the episode. One thing to consider on modifying your Glock, any frame modification will make it illegal for USPSA production or IDPA SSP.
