Ever since making the switch from my own re-intense workout routine over to Wendler 5/3/1, these Weekly Workout Logs have come to be a lot less fun to put together. Actually, manually transferring over data from my iPhone App into Google Drive to share the information is kind of a hassle.
I’d like to continue to post these regular progress updates but I may need to find a better way to do it. I’ve been making daily posts to Instagram – feel free to follow @SlimmingDownDad if you’d like to see more frequent updates.
