A little while back I had a run in with personal issues. At the time I thought I could juggle both the podcast and what I had going on in my personal life. I was wrong and Slimming Down Dad was placed on the back burner while I handled more pressing business.
Now that it looks as if the rough patch is behind me, I think it is about time I get back into the regular production of my Podcast that revolves around my Weight Loss Journey. Episode 14 is a catch-up episode, of sorts, as I go over my October Project and what I have in mind for November.
