Slimming Down Dad Episode 12: Personal Training and Dealing With Injury

This week on the Slimming Down Dad Podcast I had a last minute change of plans. The interview that I hoped to conduct had to be pushed and I decided to replace it with a barrage of topics ranging from Personal Training to Fitness Classes for my Wife to Dealing with Injury.

I got pretty gabby and the eipside wound up running longer than usual, coming in at about 50 minutes. It is a long one but it was fun to record.
