Last week I had my very first session with a Personal Trainer. It was an eye-opening experience that showed just how effective simple exercises can be when done correctly. This week I met with my personal trainer for a second time. This time we worked on building strength in my chest to increase my bench press numbers.
In addition to discussing my training session, I also touched one some truly terrible Isolate Protein Powder I picked up at Walmart. I suppose you really get what you pay for when it comes to supplements.
