This week has been a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. My Starting Strength Routine has been going great and I have been able to adjust to added weight. On Friday, however, I had a very rough day in the gym and failed to meet my milestone of completing 225 pound squats.
In this episode of the Slimming Down Dad Short, I discuss what happened in the gym and how I’d like to proceed going forward. In addition, I also talk about an amazing interview I had with Lindsay Heller and how she has inspired me to make a change in my cardio routine and run with a purpose.
